We would like to inform you of an important upcoming update to our MetaTrader platform.
Kindly note that both the broker and server names on our platform will be updated to Capital Point Trading Ltd, and CapitalPointTrading-Live xx (for MT4 ), CapitalPointTrading-mt5-xx (for MT5 ) respectively.
This update is scheduled to take place over the weekend of 26th–27th of July. During the time when the update will be in progress, clients may experience a temporary disconnection from the platform. Once the update is complete and the servers are back online, you will be able to log back into your desktop, web, or mobile platforms as usual.
Important Note:
For clients using the MetaTrader mobile app, we recommend reconnecting to the platform within one week of the update. Doing so will allow the app to automatically synchronize with the new name. If you are unable to reconnect within that time, you may need to manually search for the updated name (Capital Point Trading Ltd), select the new server CapitalPointTrading-Live xx (for MT4 ), CapitalPointTrading-MT5-x (for MT5 ) and log in using your existing credentials.
